my friend's friend wants to trade his dc cc header 4-2-1 2 piece for my oem header. its for a a gsr. is it worth the trade?

 

It depends on the condition of the dc header. Also is it ss or ceramic?

 

dc sport is junk(u def get wha you pay for, i had some at one time) , maybe if it was a 4-1 header, id say keep your oem header and save your money for someting nice like a comptech or a mugen. or if your loaded a nice hytech header.

Meh, I bought a DC ceramic 421 header for $50. Works for me.

 

its ceramic coated. is there gonna be a difference in hp and torque?

Yes, there will be marginal gains over the stock manifold. Assuming the DC is in fair condition with no damage, I'd trade.
