Default Header selecting please help

Ok my brother is in the market of buying a header and high flow cat for his 90 Integra LS but he plans on going ls/vtec later?he wants something thats going to make a little bit of power?PLease give him some advice

Best bang for buck is the DC JDM 4-1 w/ 2.5" collector. It made more peak HP than the JDM ITR, Mugen, and other high-budget headers. I got mine for $175 brand new...but you can expect to pay around $250+. Yes, any B series header will bolt up to any other B series engine on the primary side, but collector lenghts vary.

Also keep a look out, it's possible to score a deal on some of the stupid expensive headers if you keep a good enough look out. I once saw a Spoon header go for $300 , and I even saw a Comptech race header go for $350 shipped one time.

I got my Maxim Works header (retail price $1600) for $400.
