How do you guyz avoid your header bein scrape or shaved off at the bottom? Mine lookin worse and these are brand new header too damit......Does it affect the flow if its scrape or shaved off underneath? Maybe my ride is too low?
lolz can't really avoid it.. I have a scrape/flat spot on my header on both the cars the last time I looked.. I'm really careful w/ my car not to drive fast on speed bumps, going diagonal, slowing down for railroad tracks, etc.. and I still got a scrape... my cars lowered on Eibach sportlines... and I don't think its THAT low..
My header has been owned repeatedly, there is nothing you can do about it! Sh*t happens and you'll dent the damn thing eventually if you're lowered more than 1.5 inches.
Will it affect performance? Depends, but usually yes, but usually not to a significant degree (again, depends on condition).
