OK. I have tried searching a bunch of different sites for some an inexpensive header. All i am ending up finding is **** for civics or DC headers that are like $$$521. Someone please tell me a website where i can find some

You should check out the classifieds. There are some threads going on selling their header and they are selling them at good prices too.
