If I want to use a header made for a 94-99 GSR on an LS would I have to:
A. Get a GSR length cat (If I do this will everything bolt up to the LS B-pipe?)
or
B. Get a highflow cat (ie. Carsound). If I do this will I have to get a longer or shorter length (I sure longer but I just want a confirmation on this) cat and will this bolt on to the LS B-pipe without any problems?
Thanks

All OEM cats are the same length. You would have to get the B-Pipe of your exhaust extended a few inches. Or you might be able to get a custom cat that's long enough, not sure.
Ok well.. all OEM Integra cats is what I meant. I have a Type R cat and a 94 GSR cat and they are the same length. Anyway, I think it's 4.5 inches. I know it's 4 and some change because I measured it, but I seem to recall the 4.5 figure from BSQ, who said you have to shorten the ITR b-pipe that much to put it on a GSR. ITR and LS b-pipes are the same length. Might wanna ask him to be sure.
