This poll is pretty stupid, we need to know what are you looking for? Top end?General increas in power, What for? Drag racing?Auto X?DD? What is the price range?
More information rather than just a "
" and this poll might be worth something.

what you mean no "4-2-1", if he's non-vtec, why does he need 4-1?? so whenever the header is most beneficial, he's going to have to shift?? i think not. if you're non-vtec, go with a 4-2-1 setup, it will give you good low to mid range gains with decent top end gains.

first you need to give more information, then you should have made it an open poll so people could add other options besides the DC or Greddy. I would reccomend either the RMF or Toda, but we still don't know what the hell you want power for.

He put that he has a GS-R engine, which last time I checked was VTEC.
I would definitely go with 4-1, but if your lowered I see why your looking into 4-2-1.

dohcMONSTER, that was a major statment, espeaclilly coming from someone repping a motorsorts shop. you should explain your awnser scence i take it youve dyno tested all the headers. if you have a stock exhaust, intake, cams etc. all stock car then no header will do anything. but on the other hand if you have a exhaust ported head match ported intake and TB. then any header could add up to 30HP. I PERSONALLY have not dyno tested any headers. so i will state what i know. i had a DC and my friend had a DC and they both cracked welds. so you might want to think about anything besides DC. but besides that there great headers that are carb exempt. id like to try edlebrock becuase they come with a open race downpipe with there headers for off road use. so you kinda get a race header and a 50 state legal header
