Which header to get?
I drive a 95 GSR with a few mods.
* Blox IM and TB
*Custome Intake
* Velocity stack
*Greddy Evo2 catback exhaust
Future plans: Valve train, Cams, Cam gears, maybe port and polish.

Nothing CARB legal...seriously! You shouldn't get any header with a 2" collector.
If you're not super-ballin, I'd reccomend the Hytech replica. Lots of people look down on it, but not because of the performance - simply because it's a copy. It's a great header PERIOD, but the fact that it's relatively cheap is crazy. All the welds are great, so build quality is nothing to worry about.
If not the Hytech replica, get something else with a 2.5" collector. Anything less is a waste of money and a hinderance to performance.

in my op the edelbrock is the best of the carb legal headers. still a 2-1/4" collector but i doubt that will be a restriction at your power level, or with your future plans. also have you chipped your ecu for that blox manifold? that would be the first place i'd spend money if you haven't.

why would it need to be chipped? One of my buddies also told me to get it tunned, but I was like, "wtf? For an IM & TB? I don't think you need to do that"

it's because the GSR manifold uses dual stage runners. when you move to a single plane manifold the motor will receive more air in the lower rpms. at WOT your tune isn't that far off, it's part throttle and at the butterfly engagement point that you have issues. small runners like those in the GSR mani will use more fuel and less timing at lower rpm operation. the reverse is true of a single runner manifold. the correct fuel and timing map for that manifold is by far the best use of your money. MPG will pick up and so will driveability.

I hate threads like theses, cuz every one is giving him header brands and no reasons behind it's a good header... but I'm bi est I'd say RS*R header, cuz its super rare and sick looking!
but in all seriously how much are you looking to spend on a header? That determiners what kind of headers you are limited too..

Could you please hit the search and do some research!!! First, of the mods listed you have probably lost more power than you have gained over your whole rpm range. you need cams to make the IM and TB work. Second, no matter what header you get you will need most likely need to modify your cat somehow, and if you don't get at least a high flow, you won't see all the power you could from a custom exhaust system. My suggestion, rather than getting a header is to get a set of cams and wait on the header. If you must have a header i suggest a megan header from http://www.bishopmotorsports.com i got mine for 200$ shipped. awesome power gains, and i have the same cat back, i'm running 2.5 from the header back. good luck.
