Are the bolt patterns for the intake and exhaust manifolds the same for all B-series engines? How about the port holes?

If no, what are some of the differences? I am particularly interested in the 2nd gen Teg. 90-91 to 92-93 differences.

All exhaust manifold bolt locations are the same.

Intake manifold bolt locations are a different story, C1 heads are different than C5/B16/B17 heads.
