hey everyone i know this topic is dicussed alot, but i have a stock b18b1 with an intake and i am plannin on a full exhuast and a chipped ecu.....ive heard that the gains seen by a top of the line header like mugen or toda with the jdm 2.5 inch collector are only on the type r and built motors. will i see a big gain from say a jdm dc 4-1 header to a mugen 4-1 header on my motor with stock interals? thx

 

unless you have some decent engine work, a header doesnt do enough IMO to be worth as much as mugen costs

 

if you want some real power from your header and exhaust, try a hytech system, its a lil pricey but welllll worth the money
