i traded for a dc sport header from a friend, he had it on his b16. I put it on my ls and the header comes really close to my oilpan. So i was wondering if i put some exhaust wrap on it would it be ok?

 

I have heard some really bad things about heat wrap such as it rots your header quickly, and can catch fire.

Is there enough room to put in a heat sheild? I know you can get heat reflective tape possible this would work on your oilpan if you are worried about heat?
