Default header?

does a header make your car really loud?
i have a 2000 integra ls
with a greddy sp catback
and aem cold air intake

is there a noticable difference in throttle response.
and there are many headers out there
which one do you guys recommend.
also if i do get one
should i get the 4-2-1
or the 4-1 design
thanks

it will add a little noise, but nothing crazy.

what type of header you get depends on what type of driving you do.
4-1=top end power(better for straightline racing)
4-2-1=midrange power(better for autocross/canyon carzing/etc.)

Hey, your HP seems impressive w/ the mods you have. I was wondering if you have the valve springs replaced? and i heard that ITR/CTR intake cams works better w/ single runners intake manifold
