I'm doing a backyard type r setup, and putting a b16 head on a GSR bottom end that I am building. I am going with ARP head bolts. Which ones should I order? GSR? Or B16?

I am raising the compression to 11.5:1, and putting eagle rods in it, along with new seals/gaskets, and bearings. Everything will be balanced.

Any other ideas?? I appreciate comments/flames/suggestions

Think of where the bolts are threading into....that should be your answer

And in case you still dont get it.....Headbolts are according to what block you use.

 

Ive heard AEBS makes a superier Head Bolt/Stud kit. Thats what I used on my GSR and I was pleased.

 

arp. period. call thier tech line and ask them about what one to get. they are really knowledgeable.
