i have a 90 integra ls with a b16a in it and im having a problem it cranks over but doesnt want to catch, it seemed like there wasn't enough spark to the plugs, i changed the sparkplugs, spark plug wires and the distributor, i also check the starter relay fuse under the dash, and still nothing. After cranking for awhile it sounds like a loud backfire that come strait out of the intake...... has anyone heard of this problem before if so then does anyone know how to get my car running again. thanks. the car did run before, but the vtec wouldn't pop and at idle it would rev between 2700 and1700 and it sounded like it was misfiring but it was running.

 

check spark plug wires were installed correctly in the right cylinder
