hatch problems

will not open at all......any tricks?

stick key in the keyhole...wiggle the latch a few times while turning the key........that might help...i did that before when my hatch f'd up. oh and make sure you spray a some wd40 on the inside of the latch

lol i have the same problem!!! ttt i have to crawl from the inside and open it cuz all i have is my valet key...
