Default Harnest question

Ok I swaped in a GSR in my automatic LS so i swapped all nesasery thing to make it manual and my oil light keeps flashing and i have no v tec i know i have to wire it in but my question is CAN I SIMPLY USE A GSR HARNEST THAT CAME WITH MY ENGINE???? and why is my oil light flashing???? any and all help is greatly appriciated thanks HT

Are you talking about the harness? You sound like my friend that calls a car's chassis its chastity. lmao

i just wanted to know if i could use a GSR harnest on a Automatic LS platform and if the Vtec would work properly if I use a P72 or P28 of corse

harnest isnt even a word..

and you need to give more information... for starters,

is the motor OBD0,1,2?

what ecu are you currently running and what ecu do you plan to use?

who wired your harness up for you, and how familiar are they with wiring?

im not sure if its clear, but did you convert the car from auto to 5 speed, and again, did you do it yourself or did someone else do it? and from reading your thread, it doesnt seem like you even wired vtec yet, let alone have the correct ecu for it to even work..

try answering these and people might be able to help you out better.
