Default Guage and clock problem

I took my car out the shop and as I drove it down the road, I noticed that my rpm gauge, fuel fuel, temp gauge, turn signals, and the clock went out, but the hazard lights blinks. I can't seem to find out what the problem is, I checked the fuses that I would think that it would relate to the clock or the gauges but I can't seem to find it.

Can someone help me out with this issue?

Could it be a wire problem?

Thanks
