when im on the highway or comming down the onramp and im on the gas pretty hard, when i let off to cruise normal it starts to studder, meaning it will stall, kick on, stall ,kick on, for awhile. It doesnt do it when empty on backroads, just on the highway. just did a full tune up, plugs, cap, rotor, wires, fuel filter. any idea what this could be and how to fix it? I really dont want to bring it to Honda dealer.

oh by the way its a 94 civic hatchback with a gsr swap
