Icon2 Gsr problems please help

Ok guys so heres my set up, so my 96 gsr has a full greddy turbo kit with 550 injectors and my ecu tunned at 8lbs everything else is completely stock, the other day I was racing and one off the vacuumm hose came off and it started idling really bad, so then the next day I thought I fixed everything and now it idles at low rpm and will eventually turn off; it also backfires really really bad what could be the problem?? Please help

Any check engine lights? What are the codes?
Did you bleed/add the coolant after the hose came off? Air in coolant system causes it to idle low.

Backfiring is an indication that timing is off, or unburnt fuel in the exhaust system, so poor or intermittent no spark.

I would check the timing first, both valve timing, [maybe skipped a tooth] and ign. timing, [ possibly a loose distributor]. 94

with the engine running, you can spray a little "quick start" in the area. if the idle surges when sprayed, it's leaking

Throttle body can not suck more air than it's physical ability, actually throttle body is just a passage and it isn't sucking anything ,it's the movement of the pistons that create a suction.
