It all started to have problems when I installed the Skunk2 intake manifold. My idle sensor all of a sudden does not work. I made sure that the correct wires were going to the right places. When I do a cold start it will die if i take my foot off the gas. Also, my car now is burning some oil. After installing the intake and a 70mm TB it is 2 10ths slower in a 1/4. Is it because of the burning oil or because it's at the point where it needs tuned? I am almost positive that the piston rings are the reason for the oil burning. I just really need to know why my **** is acting up. Thanks

 

any other mods than the intake mani and TB? if those are your only mods, they are really unnesecary for a basically stock engine. could be getting too much air. or you could have the Skunk2 TB problem.

I have crane stage I cams, dc 4-1 header, test pipe, HKS cat-back, and intake. My TB is Spoon 70mm.

 

your TB is wayyyy to big you are probably running really lean being that you aren't tuned. get tuned and get a smaller TB

 

it sounds like the tb is too big unless you have it tuned up
