Hello. I just recently put back my original engine after i caught the punks that stole my car and tried selling my engine online. Anyhow this week i finally fired up the car. Everything checks out fine, no check engine light, wires are plugged, etc. However, when i put my car on the "ON" position, the speedometer jumps up to 30 and steadily stays there. I thought this is really weird because the car is not even running. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks.
