Default gsr diff welded question

what do you think about a gsr tranny that has a welded differntial, the spider gears are purposely welded together to increase strength of the differential and make power distribution 50/50 to both wheels.. would you consider it better than getting a type r tranny with the lsd? more dependable.. IM me.. thanks

Definetly not a good idea. What about when you've got your wheel cranked all the way over? Your tires are going to want to turn at a slightly different rate and a welded diff isn't going to allow that. If you want an LSD do it right and get a ITR one of a Quaife.

Yeah exactly what he said. The only reason why people weld them is for drag racing purposes only

With a welded dif you will not be able to turn AT ALL. It will chew up the tires, and break drivelines.

NOT STREETABLE.. Towed drag race cars only.
