Default gsr

i heard vtec opens twice.. and i heard the runner on the manifold each runner has a butterfly valve to open.. also whats a IAB and how does it work for vtec?

vtec only opens once, but when the butterfly valves open on the intake manifold, its sounds like a 2nd vtec, but its not.

iab is the butterfly thats at the end of the IM. it opens so more air can be sucked in or what? how does that all work?

VALVE SEALS i got them from honda they said the intake and exhaust side are differernt valve seals...

what the difference one seal can take more heat or what?

bump on the valve seals..

also i hear a knockin noise.. i think i spun a bearing but what is the knocking noise coming from.. is the rod knockin on the sleeve or what..
