Default GR-2 shocks

anybody ever lower their car on gr2''s? if so are they worth it?

ive had them with eibach springs on my FC for about a year and they have been great... but then again im capairing them to the stock struts and springs. and the strut that were on there were completely blown and wouldnt even hold themselves up

So far I haven't have any problem with my teggy.. i lowered my car with eibach springs and KYB GR-S gas shocks.

No problems here...I'm using Neuspeed springs and GR2's...could almost compare the ride quality to stock!

Same here...

Tein S-Techs on GR2's. They handle good but remember GR2's are OEM replacements, they arent intended for aggressive or track driving. There's alot of room for improvement in terms of handling if you go with a more higher end damper.

yes i have, and no they aren't.

this is why. they are basically stock replacements. there are much better shocks to be bought for better performance without spending too much more. look at the AGXs. or koni blues, or tokico illuminas.

GR2's are cool just for cruising, but if u are the weekend racer, then these wont do. KYB AGX, Tokico Illumina, or Koni yellows will be a better choice because of their adjustabilty.
