Default Got owned by a Fly

Somehow I don't know how this fly got in my headlights but I can't figure out how to get that sucker out. There has to be an opening somewhere because it got in somehow

Anyone had this problem b4 if so how the hell did you get that thing out. I know its not major but it sure does annoy the heck out of me. I guess flies do love JDM too

light bulb hole, use a vacuum. just get a small tube and hook it to the end of a vaccum.

I bet you can sell it on ebay as a JDM fly and someone would buy it.

actually when i look at it closer its a small little black bee. Arg just the process of taking off my bumper then my headlights and trying to shake it out is gonna be a pain.

Just take your bulb out of the headlight. Get a small tube from Home Depot, like 3/8", and stick it in the end of a vacuum. You can probably just seal between the little tube and the vacuum hose with your hand, there doesn't need to be that much suction going thru the 3/8" tube. Then stick the other end of the 3/8" tube in the socket hole of your housing and get it around where the fly is. It should be able to suck that sucker up with no problem.

Ugh, that sucks. I say take apart the headlight, get out the fly, and do an HID retrofit while in there...............

Already have HID on the headlights. Probably the heat killed it because its right at the projector. Either that or it starved because it couldn't find its way out

Flies are pretty stupid. Once they get in, they can't get out. Just like in a house, they'll continue to hit the same spot on the window trying to get out, but end up dying. LOL!

LMAO....I can imagine the description: Act now! I only have one. Rare and hard to find JDM fly with JDM HID Headlights. Usually go for $2,000 brand new!!!!! FOR THE FLY ITSELF, but as a special deal, I'm including it with the headlights!!!! Bid with confidence...no reserve

but yea...like someone said, remove the headlight...first get the fly to be exactly in line with the highbeam housing and then flip it over and hopefully you can shake it out of the hole.
