I'm trying to put a 95 JDM GSR cluster into a 01 LS that has a 99 JDM GSR swap. The plugs plug right in but the JDM cluster is doesn't have a spot for the yellow plug to plug into. Problem is it doesn't work. It lights up but the tach doesn't work. Is their any wiring differences between the 2 cars? thanks

 

not exactly sure but i got JDM cluster on my 95 teg also but what i did was took out the four silver screws from the cluster. the WHOLE POD KMH only and took out my stock MPH POD and just screw the KMH onto the usdm cluster. I just also change the lens. the reason y i did that was becuase i can still run cruise control on it. not sure if 01 teg change. also i ran 3 - 194 amber bulbs so my cluster will turn amber.
