Default Fuse Problem

Hey Guys, I "crashed" in a snowbench and cracked my bumper.. messed up my lights in front and everything..

I just replaced the bumper, the lights and everything is back to normal exept one thing: my horn. On the impact the horn cable cutted in 2... I putted it back together and tested it but no electricity is going through the wire when I press the horn.

I figured out it could be the fuse that burned on the impact and because the wire was sectionned all of a sudden... Thing is.. I CANT FIND THE HORN FUSE... According to my fuse diagram bwlow the streering its nowhere to be found... and for the one under the hood Im not sure... cause my manual is all in french... and its not understandable.. the only thing it could be is labeled "FI E/M (ECM)" wich is 15A.

Any pointers?

nevermind I found it.. in the french manual it refered to it as an "Avertisseur" wich directly translate to "advertiser" in english.
