we did a wire tuck on my car (1992 integra ls)

radio works, clock works, gauge cluster works, but the cig lighter and over head dome lights to do work. I've checked the fuse, and it is fine, i've checked all 3 bulbs, all 3 are fine.

Next to the fuse box there is an orange female plug, just hanging, I've looked at the helms but I can not figure out what it goes to, if anything. Can anyone look at their car and tell me where this thing goes for me. Or any other ideas of where to look for
