its easy take off your intake tube...look at the firewall and below that is your fuel filter.... pop your gas lid and relieve the pressure by removing the gas cap. have a few rags by you because removing the two bolts will cause a little gas to come out no biggie.

That's just one method for releiving fuel pressure: disconnect fuel pump and crank engine over a few times. I just remove the gas cap myself.
G3's have a washer for both sides of the banjo bolt, so I would assume G2's do also.
Actually I'm pretty sure that banjo bolts and fittings ALWAYS have 2 washers. one for both sides of the fitting. Fuel filter does, brake calipers do, etc.

Yes, it is, they will come with your OEM replacement fuel filter. I think there are 5 of them, 4 are the same size, and there is a small one for the top service bolt. Here is the Helm's page on changing it for a 93 Integra. I prefer doing it on my G2, because both lines go into the top of the filter, as opposed to the G3 where one goes on top and one on bottom. On the G2 it is easy as pie, have fun!
As for relieving pressure, like Pat says, I just take off my gas cap, and then I loosen the service bolt on the right side. You will still get a little bit of gas leakage, so just put a towel under the filter, it will stop pretty quickly.
