Fuel filter ?
I am doing a major tuneup on my 99 GS (70K) and had a question about the fuel filter...........should I replace it? Acura says it is a lifetime filter and does not need to be replaced, but I have also seen/read that it should be changed every 12-24 months depending on the type of fuel filter you buy.
Benefits: Enhance engine performance
- Extend engine life
- Improve fuel economy
What do you guys think?
Opinions?
By the way, the filter is like $35 (from the dealer) - if that makes a difference.

Yeah, replace it, it's only $19 at http://www.acuraparts247.com, or hit up username 'Len', he works at Barranco Acura (H-T sponsor) and should be able to get it for a similar price. The OEM one comes with all of the necessary washers, and it's really easy to do.
