Default Front tie bar question

if I get a front tie bar w/o a rear tie bar would that mean the car will understeer?

Other things on the car: ebay strut bars...1 rear, 2 front, type R rear sway bar. I don't want to get a rear tie bar since I want the car to look stock to prevent theft.

So will a front tie bar w/o the rear cause more understeer? Or would I be better off w/o getting one.

Tie bars really don't have any noticeable / drastic effect on oversteer/understeer. Front tie bars are the most popular because they tend to have positive effect on steering response and overall suspension rigidity.
