when i turn the corner i hear like a rubbing/scraping sound...my integra is all stock so i have no idea what the deal is...it almost seams like the dust guard or something is rubbing against the rim or something...anyone have any experience with this? or does anyone know the answer for the problem???

Well, damn dude, it can be anything. This is not a common problem with these cars.

First thing that comes to mind is the fender liner. Other than that, I would jack up the car and turn the tire by hand. What do you hear?

If nothing, then take off the wheel and inspect your CV boot and ball joints. If you dont see anything out of the ordinary, then you can put two jack stands under your car to lift up the front end. Turn on your car but leave it in neutral. The front tires should spin slowly - you can then turn your wheels sharp left or right and see if you can pin point the problem.
