Front bumper issue

Looking at the two photos, I know I am missing one piece for the bumper to have proper attachment/fitament. Am I missing any other pieces here? If so can someone help me out, the diagram on the Acura site is confusing and I really would like to drive my car soon. I do appreciate your help.

See if the clips that the side skirts use will work. Number 24 in the pic.
