front bumper

ok well my front bumper on the sides of it are starting to stick out maybe because the tabs broke or something, what should i do to make it go back into place?

yeah the guy that i had baught the car from had those on it but after awhile it wont hold ..

Both of you need screw/washer #30... http://acuraautomotiveparts.org/acur...s=&view=normal and the plastic screw grommet, #39 I think, that clips into the fender for the screw to screw into. 94

Either that, or the hole for the bumper is shot. Are the holes for the bumper that screws onto the fender shot?
