The car is located in Bulgaria so maybe there currency is soo much lower then ours. This defiantly sounds like a huge scam. It will probably take months to ship if it would ever come. If i were you i would contact the seller. You would also have to register it in the U.S. It probably would not pass our emissions especially with all the **** it has. Its your call but looks fishy!

 

couldnt you if you bought it have the money be held in escrow? and do it that way possibly?
