form over function?
I see a lot of people are all hung up over this "riceboy" stereotype, but no matter what you do there will always be those kinds of people. when you pull up nest to them and they look like they will go 200mph and aren't street legal, rip'em a new one and laugh. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew weather swapping gs-r cams and gears would make a difference and wehter or not it would kill any of the warranty. I have already done the catback, intake, and venom pc400 stuff. I am looking for hp, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. And no, I have no stickers, no clear light, completely stock looking. And when my car can beaqt out a corvette, it will still look stock. Makes it all the better
What do you drive....gsr cams won't do anything for any car...civic or integra type R cams will work very well in any dohc vtec engine...no gain in gsr's though.....Cobra's right...you have to go turbo
Drag Gen III is the best out there for the price

My bad, I was in a hurry. I drive a 200 thousand gs-r, and was thinking about switching out he cams and gears for some type r ones. But wasn't sure what kinda hp gains that might get me. The car only has 12k miles on it and still full warranty I just wanna win dammit, I never should have gotten a new car, then this wouldn't be a problem
first you gotta decide if you want to go all motor or FI. All motor is tough and costs more and just type R cams wont help you beat a vette. If you want to go all motor look into some TOda spec C or JUn 3 with some stiff valve springs, tuning, fuel, typeR tranny w/ lightened flywheel. Or just get Drag III and youll beat just about anything on the street
And there is always nitrous!
