Default force running cold

I heard that you can add a resistor to a line on your engine's temp sensor and it will trick the ecu to thinking that the engine is cold all the time. This would thus cause the ecu to send massive amounts of fuel to the engine and cause it to run better. I heard!!!! is this true and if so how do i accomplish this?

In turn i think that the vtec wont kick in till the engine is above like 85 degrees. Plus why dont you just get bigger injectors, and get a hondata.
