It's a leak in the housing itself. You have to reseal the housing by taking the headlights out. Bake the weather strip out and reseal it. Do a search on it, it's common for all integra headlights.

Or the easy way out, wait till the insides are dry and run a bead of silicone on the edges.

They have the highs painted yellow...BUTthey will stay that way for now til I find a set of OEM fog lights.

The baking...I would need to remove the bumper to remove the headlight assemblly?

Take the lights off the car then pop them in the over on 80C for about a min. You should be able to pop the covers off them now that the glue has softened.

That they have gotten water in them I would give the inside of the lense a good polish and leave them in a room with dehumidifier on. You then just have to seal them back up with glue/silicon.

Had to do it on every integra iv owned.

Yes bumper has to come off.

Going to bake them and when I am ready, I will being doing an OEM HID retrofit..after the holidays...

Clear lens for me is a must. I wash my ride and looks great but when I go to the front, I see the craptastic headlights..
