I just bought these side skirts and i was wondering if they fit over the stock piece that runs along the same line.. i took it off and it has clips that snap it into place.. so i put it back on and fit the skirt over it and it fit pretty snug and tight with the OEM piece still on.. do i just need to drill the same holes as the OEM piece in the skirts.. i think its five on the underside and three where it connects with the fender liner.. im completly new to this stuff so i thought id ask.. i also have the rear valences to put on... also should i drill the holes and paint the pieces or put them on and then paint.. and help would be awesome!!!

I know the OEM optional sides DO fit over the stock piece but I dont know about the replicas. Assuming the same design i would think so.
