Default first time rebuilding

I am re-building my motor for the first time, I have someone that is going to put it back together for me but I wanted to take it apart myself. I have a b18c1 motor, I have the head taken apart mostly but I am unsure about how to take off the timing belt and cam gears. any help or tips would be appreciated.

Pulling it apart is the easy task....just take all the bolts out and you're there. First, loosen the cam gear bolts (14mm)...pretty easy task. Then loosen the tensioner bolt and slide the timing belt off the gears. Done.
