Default few problems need help with

k i had accident, now the body shop gave the car back to me with the whole entire front end redone, only thing they didint put in was the turn signals in front(the bumber lights the rectangle ones....) so i went out and bought the clears and the bubls, but the problem is i went to install them and the wires have no bulb sockets or anything on the end their cut off from my accident, and jus have dangling wires.. anyway i can fix this? besides jacking the wires/lightassembly from a nearby parked acura at 2am in the morning .

also my headlights are brand new 98-00 and their looking at the ground i can\t really see, i tried adjusting but i cant find the adjusting wheel or w/e, i looked everywhere it just doesnt seem like they can be adjusted.....
any1 got a diagram of an assembly or w/e or know how to do it

also at high rpm when gearing down and in low rpm when trying to reverse, and idling in gear at a low rpm cruisin along to a light or sign, i hear a ratlle sound coming from my exhaust. i put silencers in, maybe thats whats causing it? i can tseem to find the problem, and its embarsing... but cruising its fine/
