WHich is faster

i was wondering which car is faster a 98 GSR or a 95....
and what does OBD1-OBD2 stand for?

obd means on board diagnostics

i believe the obd stands for on-board diagnostics. And i dunno how tru it is from actual dyno runs.. but 94/95(obdI) is supposed to be a tad bit faster than the 96+ (obdII).
