My cooling fans never turn on, is this normal.

pretty much, unless you're sitting idle with it real hot, they usually don't.

Fans shut off after 25mph because at higher speeds than that the fan speed cant match the speed of the air trying to be forced through. So no thats not normal, your fans should usually be on while at a stop light or whenever in slower traffic.

WTF are you talking about.haha...

Anyways your fine. I was overheated a couple months ago ,and thats the only time the fan came on.
