Extra Plug on OBD1 harness.. please help.
I really need some help from you guys, I already did my research and I did not find any weird case like mine. Long story short. I bought a 96-97 JDM GSR and down graded it to OBD1. Bought the OBD1 harness from a guy in the car forum that I was a member in. Last saturday after I installed the engine and try to plug all the wires together and ran across this one PLUG that I circle in RED, the wires color on that plug are green and red. I do not know what that plug for. I look around the engine and there is no more extra plug to plug that in. Thanks in advance.

Thats An EZ one it's the ECT or Engine Coolant Temp sensor the color combo of the wires and the connector are a match.
now thare are 2 spots for this the bottom center of the head and the thermostat housing. the ECT should be in the bottom center of the head and the other is the Rad fan swith both use the same connector but the wire colors are noth the same

He said it came off of the 95 GSR
I'll try that
I'm gonna go under the car and look again.
thanks all for your help, I really appreciated that.

You don't need to get under the car. It either plugs to the side of the head or onto the thermostat housing where the ECT sensor is located.
What's an "EZ"?
OP clearly already has an ECT connector on the thermostat housing in his pictures. Wonder what those wire colors are...
I don't have wiring diagrams specifically for the '95 GS-R, but all other Integras of that vintage appear to have different-colored wires than red and green.

Peel back the tape a little to get a better look at the wire colors.
If it is red/yellow and green/blue (I think I can see a little bit of yellow on the red wire in the pic), it's for the intake air temp sensor. My diagram notes that it is at the center rear of engine but it should be on the intake manifold.
BUT, if it is red/white and green/blue then it is for the ECT sensor. Which would mean you have the wrong plug connected to the ECT sensor in your pic.
And I would hardly call going from OBD2 to OBD1 a down grade, but that's beside the point.

94-97 Integra...
ECT sensor - red/white and green/blue, to ECU/ECM.
ECT sending unit - yellow/green, to temp. gauge in cluster.
ECT switch - green and black, to rad fan relay, [black to ground].
Sorry, not sure where thet are mounted on a 96-97 JDM B18C. 94

Ok that plug is for Vtec Oil Sensor on USDM, JDM doesn't have a Vtec Oil sensor.
here is the pix for it.

what am I going to do with that plug? cut it off?

Do you mean VTEC pressure switch, are the wires on the plug blue/black and black?
What ECU/ECM are you using?
My guess is because it is just an on/off ground supply pressure switch, you would need to jump the connector so ECU/ECM "sees" the ground, [engine has oil pressure]. 94

If in bad case of scenario I'll or a SKUN2 Vtec solenoid because the OEM vtec solenoid is cost $260 + shipping.
