but lately i noticed it being loud. I look under and noticed a hole about 2 inch on the midpipe. Is there a way to patch these? Or would I have to replace the whole thing?

 

Are you serious???? Go get it welded, if they cant fill a hole like that then they will make a patch piece and weld it in.

 

Being super cheap, I purchased an exhaust patch kit from Pepboys when I had a Civic. Rust had gone through the midpipe. It was not worth it. Never sealed it off completely and it only got worse from there. I just ended up replacing the whole pipe.

If I were you, I'd go to a muffler shop and have them weld in a new pipe in that section.

 

Weld in a new section....probably $50 at an exhaust shop. Or you can buy a cheap replacement for $100 or less.

 

Oh okay, that's what I meant... for some reason patch was on my mind. But thanks... I will do that. I love this exhaust cause it suite my daily driving. But then again I can't afford to spend a lot to buy a new one lol.
