Default engine wont fire

I hooked up a new stereo system with a 1000 watt amp. The car ran fine after the install. The very next morning the car wouldnt fire up. It sounded like it wanted to, it cranked and everything....but just wouldnt do it.

Could it be the ECU, alternator, starter, or ignition coil in the distributor?
It seems like the whole problem might be blown from the amp being on.

did you check the battery?? maybe you hooked up the system wrong.. check the remote and battery wire on the amp.. if its trying to turn over but can't, then there not enough juice to start the car...

yea i agree. i dont think it has to to with the stuff you installed. sounds like a battery problem. only think i can think of with the amp is if you accidently dont have the battery hooked back up right with the amp attatched

good luck!
