engine swap question

Default engine swap question

aight i just bought a used engine from my cousins and it has about 30k miles on it and its a b16a head ( civic si) with a b18c1 block (gsr) and its blueprinted to fit each other and it has 3 valve angle job with jdm pistons and piston rods with pyr cam gears and he said my dc2 will run low 14's with that set-up how is that posible feel free to leave a comment or enlighten me please

look at your time? you posted at 4:47 AM 6/14/2003 and then 11 minutes later 4:58 AM AM 6/14/2003 , you post again and said " wow how helpful is hondatech" Everyone is asleep by now.....someone will reply to your answer. I dont see this topic related to a tech question anyhow. If you or your freind feels this cars can run low 14's......go run it. NO ONE KNOWS ALRIGHT, go RUN IT and TELL US!!!!!! Damn these noob's pisses me off.

sup man... im guessing that the car will run high 14s, but thats just my opinion. Are you running stock B16 cams, what about i/h/e?... its hard to answer those "what will this run...." types of questions cause each car is different and a lot comes down to the driver... my best advice is to just run it at the track... let us know how it turns out
