Hey what would be good engine to swap with a Integra GSR? Like a year 97. Would putting a H22 Prelude engine make it go fast? What engine would be the best and fastest? Also is it hard to do a engine swap?

 

I would try a b20 instead of an h22. And I wouldn't try doing the engine swap without any experience, if you don't have any that is. Just try to find a place that does it.

 

If your serious. What are you sking for the old b18c1? and i would go H22.

 

the b18c1 gsr motor is more then competent in making more then enough power for a street car. And yes, swapping a motor is difficult, especially when you have no experience, as well as when you are putting an H series motor in a B/D series plat form.

 

What would the 1/4 Mile time be for a Integra with a h22a?

Btw If I do engine swap im gonna get a mechanic to do it, that way I dont mess it up.

Keep your motor. Just do research before you start doing dumb **** to it. Your motor has a lot of potential. Don't screw it up!

Replace it with another B18C1, don't be crazy!

 

Force feed it with something, you'll go fast, Ive never heard of someone wanting to swap a b18c1, only the guys with the ls block would want to swap h22
