Default Engine to start

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what all has to be hooked up for the engine to start?

That's a pretty vague, open-ended question. What engine? For a B18, you need the engine wiring harness and the ECU connected and powered. You'll obviously need gas lines and ignition switch wired. If it has a chip key, then you'll need the chip reader connected.
If you're having trouble getting it started, specifics will help.

True it's a 92 integra. The harness is in. Has the ECU hooked up. Ignition is wired gas lines are their. It's not getting spark. Have replace the coil and ignitor. I'm not getting power to the distributor.

I'd also check the fuses and main relay. Some background would also help. Are you swapping engines? Is this engine in the same chassis that it was designed for?
