I was in an accident and couple weeks ago and my da got totalled now my question is, is the engine still good. Right before we hit i lock up the tires so i know that the engine was not running when we hit. The accident did tweak the engine in the bay though the driverside engine mount is bent and the radiator is pushed up to the exauste manifold. DOes anyone think that itt still runs.

 

I would personally say that the engine is all right, and would have no problems using it for a build. For selling parts from, however, I would be wwary from not testing the parts myself before selling them, just to be sure.

But that is just me, and shouldn't be any kind of indication. I know this can be a grey area with a lack of testbeds.

i think it probably runs too, but dont sell it to someone with them assuming that it works for sure. You gotta let them know that theres a chanceit may not run.
