engine mods
i have just usually went for appearance with my integra but i dont have anything left for appearance so i want to do engine work, i have an intake but that is it. could some people provide some suggestions and estimated prices of some engine mods, thanks
Did you even specify what kind of car you have and what year????
anyway. start with a header, hi-flow cat, full exhaust
-carsound makes a good hi-flow cat and depending on what your looking for with your exhaust there are tons of options (Greddy, Apexi, etc.)
Let us know what type of car you have and we can get into a further discussion.

If your looking for good power gains and have some cash then get some Camshafts. But for now open up your exhaust by getting a header...(not headers), hi-flow cat, and exhaust. Then, if your real serious get some headwork done and if you haven't.....upgrade your suspension
If you have the cash then the sky is the limit. Its all about what you want to accomplish.....i.e: hp, what kind of power across the rpm band do you want, weight reductions and so on.

NOS!! Zex makes a good kit. Cheap, Easy, and the most bang for the buck in my opinion. My buddy has a 95 ls with the kit. Gives the power when he needs it. Plus if your into looks mount the purge to shoot over the windshield. It looks cool!!!
